面向智能制造与绿色制造的工业设计新工科人才培养模式研究

摘 要:多年来,工业设计专业为传统制造业培养了大量设计人才。随着制造业向智能制造、绿色制造转型,工业设计专业人才培养模式也面临着新的挑战。为此,在新工科建设理念指导下,针对工业设计专业办学中存在的问题,阐述了智能制造与绿色制造驱动下的人才需求现状,并从办学特色、课程体系、教学模式以及跨学科合作等方面分析了地方高校工业设计专业面临的共性问题。通过分析国内外知名高校的经验,提出了一种面向智能制造与绿色制造的工业设计新工科人才培养模式改革路径,该模式改革成果能有效提升学生适应新制造模式的能力。在设计驱动下的课程体系、教学方法与实践教学机制等方面系统更新,能为地方高校工业设计专业的发展提供参考。

Abstract:Over the years, the industrial design major has trained a large number of design talents for the traditional manufacturing industry. With the transformation of the manufacturing industry to intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing, the training mode of industrial design professionals is also facing new challenges. Therefore, under the guidance of the new engineering construction concept, this paper expounds the current situation of talent demand driven by intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing, and analyzes the common problems faced by industrial design majors in local universities from the aspects of school-running characteristics, curriculum system, teaching mode and interdisciplinary cooperation. Through analyzing the experience of well-known universities at home and abroad, this paper puts forward a reform path of new engineering talent training mode of industrial design for intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing, which can effectively improve students' ability to adapt to the new manufacturing mode. The systematic update of design-driven curriculum system, teaching method and practical teaching mechanism can provide reference for the development of industrial design major in local universities.
